Each good, its file, from arrival to departure
A motorhome, a machine, a boat: one file follows it for its whole life, in stock, on rental, at its customer’s. It says what stops you selling or delivering it, what it cost and what was signed at each handover.
What the module does
One file per good: where it is, what it is used for, and its history.
Where it is, what it is for
Its condition, new or used, where it stands, its use, stock, rental or customer vehicle: three separate answers, never one long status.
What blocks it
A missing paper, financing not yet granted, a reservation: each blocker says what it forbids, the sale, the delivery, the rental, and who should lift it. The app refuses the act while it stays open.
What it cost
The purchase, the reconditioning, the transport, the fees, each on its line: their sum is its cost price.
Its owners
Each change of owner opens a row and closes the one before, whatever screen made it.
Its signed reports
At reception, at delivery, at a rental’s departure and return: the damages zone by zone, the photos, the checks, the meter, and the signatures. A signed report never changes.
Found in a word
By its number, its serial number or its plate, with or without dashes and spaces.
Not there yet
- A report filled in with no network: today, the tablet needs the network to save it.
- A report’s photos and signed PDF filed with the good’s files: today, they stay in the report.

What stops a delivery
The customer wants the motorhome on Saturday. The file says at once whether that works, and if not, what is missing and who is on it.
- Each blocker with what it forbids, its reason and the person who should lift it.
- The delivery refused while a delivery blocker stays open, with the reason in plain words.
- A lifted blocker stays written, with who lifted it and when: you know why a delivery waited.

What it cost, what covers it
The cost price reads on the file, line by line, and the covers follow the good to its customer.
- The trade in, the preparation, the transport between sites: each cost with its date and origin.
- Out of stock at delivery, the good withdraws its adverts from every channel.
- Its covers, maker’s and extension, with their contract and dates.
Rentals, delivery, workshop
Every handover signed
Each time the good changes hands, a report on a tablet: the customer and the dealer sign, and the report is kept as it is.
- The context, reception, delivery, trade in, rental departure or return, and the meter.
- The damages zone by zone, with their photos, and the checks.
- The customer’s signature and the dealer’s, drawn with a finger; once signed, nobody edits or deletes it.
