Leisure vehicle dealers

Motorhomes, campervans and caravans: the software of your dealership

One app for the whole dealership, made for your company and changed when you ask. Stock, deals, quotes and invoices, the workshop, its planning and parts are in it today. Trade ins, factory orders and warranty are being built.

The new vehicle stock of a leisure vehicle dealer: its figures at the top, a filter per site, each motorhome, campervan and caravan with its price, cost, where it is, year, mileage, site and days in stock.
A real app built by our agents: a leisure vehicle dealer with two sites, its stock, deals and workshop. The dealer, names, vehicles and figures are made up sample data.

What a dealership lives with today

The trade is demanding, and the tools fall behind. In many dealerships, the day looks like this.

  • The same customer, typed twice

One program for management, another for prospects, often from several vendors. The same customer and the same vehicle exist twice, and the two records end up disagreeing.

  • A good part of the work outside the software

Warranty, margin per deal, trade in valuations, the workshop plan: much of it lives in spreadsheets and on paper, because the software has no screen for it.

  • Trade shows make the year

A large share of the year’s orders is signed at shows. The contacts come back on paper, and the follow up depends on each person’s memory.

  • Nothing chases anyone

A prospect to call back, a warranty claim with no answer, a late part, the yearly leak test: nothing tells the right person at the right time.

Your day, role by role

For each desk of the dealership: what the example app already does, and what is being built.

Salespeople, sales manager

On the sales floor

A customer walks in with a van to trade in and a plan for a new motorhome. You need the stock of both sites, the trade in’s value, the options and their prices, and a delivery date you can keep.

In the app today

  • New and used stock, each on its own screen: type, price, cost, where the vehicle is, days in stock, with a filter per site.
  • Deals on a board, a column per stage, from the first contact to delivery, with the customer, the vehicle and the amount.
  • Quotes and invoices, under one numbering.
  • Companies and contacts, the leads to assign, the follow ups, and your customers’ vehicles.

Being built

  • The trade in: the appraisal, the valuation, then the vehicle entering used stock at delivery.
  • The factory order: the build slot, the customer on it, the follow up until it arrives.
  • Contacts from trade shows, imported with their follow up.
The deals of the dealer on a board: a column per stage, contact, trial, quote sent, financing, signed, delivered, each card a deal with its vehicle, customer and amount.
The deals, a column per stage: a card moves from the first contact to delivery, with its count and amount per column.

Service desk, technicians, workshop manager

In the workshop

Prepare the week’s deliveries, fit in a leak test, wait for a part, hand a vehicle back at the promised time. The workshop board shows where each workshop order stands.

In the app today

  • The workshop board, a column per status, from booked to invoiced.
  • The week’s planning: the bays, the technicians, their absences and their load.
  • The workshop order: the packages, the reserved parts, the technicians’ clocking, the customer’s invoice.
  • The customer’s approval of extra work, through a link on their phone, with no account to create.
  • The yearly leak test reminder, to the customer who agrees to it.

Being built

  • Reception on a tablet: the walk around, the photos, the customer’s signature.
  • The leak test readings and report.
  • Manufacturer warranty claims, sent, chased and settled.
The workshop board of the same dealer: one column per status, from booked to invoiced, each card a workshop order with its number, customer and job.
The workshop board of the same app: a card per workshop order, moved from one status to the next.

Parts staff, counter

At the parts counter

A part for a workshop order, an accessory sold over the counter, a supplier order to place, a delivery to check against its invoice.

In the app today

  • Items per site, restocking and stock counts.
  • Supplier orders, from draft to received, partial receipts, and supplier invoices.
  • A workshop order’s part: short, ordered, then held when it arrives.
  • Counter sales, taken out of stock by their invoice.

Being built

  • A late supplier order, marked in the list.
  • A part ordered for a workshop order, served to that order first.
The supplier orders of the dealer: each with its number, supplier, status from draft to received, expected day and net amount.
Supplier orders, from draft to received: a part ordered for a workshop order follows its job.

Sales administration, accounting

In the office

Validate an order, put the registration file together, follow the financing, take the deposit, invoice at delivery, chase what is still owed.

In the app today

  • Quotes, invoices and credit notes, each as a PDF.
  • Files kept on each record, and a signed document kept as signed.
  • What is late chases its owner: an unanswered quote, an expected supplier order.
  • Every list exports to a spreadsheet.

Being built

  • The order validated, then locked: the salesperson no longer changes it without an amendment.
  • The registration file as a checklist: while a document is missing, the vehicle cannot be delivered.
  • The customer’s financing, its lender and its end date.

Owner, site managers

In management

Know what the stock is worth, what sits too long on the lot, what each deal earns, and how the sites compare.

In the app today

  • A dashboard as the home: stock value and age, vehicles over 90 days, deals this month, workshop load, figures computed by the server.
  • Deals signed per month and the workshop load day by day, per site, as a PDF.
  • Workshop hours sold against hours clocked.
  • Every screen filtered per site, and each person sees the sites of their account, on a phone too.

Being built

  • The margin per deal, planned at order then real, trade in and accessories included.
The home of the dealer app: its menu in six groups, the stock value, the average stock age, the vehicles over 90 days, the deals this month and the workshop load, then the stock by age and the deals signed per month.

Your app changes when you ask

A sales manager’s request on the app of Ardevan Loisirs, our example dealer, then the same screen before and after.

In the stock, make the vehicles that sit too long stand out: over 60 days in orange, over 90 days in red.
The request
The same screen before and after the request, on the running app: past 60 days in stock the age turns orange, past 90 days red.
  1. You ask

In your own words, in writing, drawing on a picture of the screen if it helps.

  2. Our agents change your app

An AI agent changes your app’s code, runs the checks, and shows the screen before and after.

  3. You approve

On a preview, next to your app. What you approve goes live, and your team sees what is new.

An app of your own, from the leisure vehicle base

Not a blank page, and not a frozen product.

  • A base for your trade

New and used stock, deals, quotes and invoices, workshop orders, planning, parts and purchasing, customers, several sites. Your app starts there on day one, with your vehicles, your statuses and your words.

  • Your spreadsheets become screens

What you track today in a spreadsheet or on paper can become a screen of your app: you ask, our agents build it, you approve.

  • One record per customer and per vehicle

The customer, their vehicle, their trade in, their workshop visits: one app for all your sites, so one record.

  • Your code and data stay yours

Your app runs alone, hosted in the European Union, and you leave with its code whenever you want.
