Laundries and linen services

Laundries and linen services: the software of your business

Orders, items, payments, reminders, ironing: an app made for your laundry, and changed when you ask. Our example laundry already runs, on made up data.

Access by invitationYour day, role by role →

The home of a laundry app: its menu by area, the orders, revenue, cash collected, credit, orders ready to collect, late orders, deliveries and kilos of the last 30 days, the revenue day by day beside the order statuses.
A laundry with four shops, on its dashboard: the figures of the last 30 days, computed by the app’s server. The laundry, names and figures are made up sample data. The app is in French.

What a laundry lives with today

Above all when it works for businesses: hotels, restaurants, companies.

  • The spreadsheet that does everything

Orders, payments, customer credit: it all sits in one big shared spreadsheet. It grows, it breaks, and only one person can really read it.

  • Business customers on credit

Businesses pay later. Knowing who owes what, since when, and who was already reminded takes hours every week.

  • Where is my order?

The phone rings to ask whether an order is ready or delivered, and the answer is in a notebook, or in someone’s head.

  • The evening figures

Revenue, cash collected, the ironing rate: compiled again by hand, when there is time left.

Your day, role by role

For each desk of the laundry: what our example app already does, and what is being built.

Front desk, order intake

At the front desk

A business customer drops off its bags, a walk in customer picks up an order, another asks whether a tablecloth is ready. You need the order, the items, the price and the promised date, right away.

In the app today

  • The order and its lines, picked from your catalogue of items and prices.
  • The chosen service sets the expected delivery date.
  • Each customer’s record, business or private, with their orders and what they owe.

Being built

  • Orders received by email become drafts that you confirm.
The orders of the laundry: filters by site, invoicing, status, delay alert, urgency and payment, each order with its number, date, customer, service, status, delay alert and amount.
The orders, the newest first: each one with its service, its status and its delay alert, the filtered total at the top. The app is in French.

Washing, ironing, delivery

In production

Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, deliver. Know what must go out today, on which machines, who ironed what, and who delivered.

In the app today

  • The status of each order, from intake to delivery.
  • The machines used on each order.
  • Ironing: the hours, the kilos and the rate of each ironer.
  • The carrier noted when the order is delivered.
The ironing follow up: kilos ironed and the average rates at the top, the targets under them, then each ironing line with its order, date, ironer, customer, site, item, quantity and weight.
Ironing: who ironed what, how many kilos, and the rate of each ironer against the laundry’s targets. The app is in French.

Office, accounting

At the till and in the office

Take payments, follow business customers’ credit, remind the late ones, send the invoices, with no spreadsheet on the side.

In the app today

  • The payments of each order, and the balance that computes itself.
  • Reminders logged per customer: the channel, the date, the answer.
  • The order’s documents as PDF, sent by email from the app.
  • Import and export of every list to a spreadsheet.
The payments of the laundry: each with its number, date, order, customer, method, amount and reference, the filtered total at the top.
Payments: each one tied to its order, its method and its amount; the order’s balance follows by itself. The app is in French.

Owner, partners

In management

See revenue, what is collected, what is still owed and the activity of each site, without rebuilding a spreadsheet at night.

In the app today

  • A dashboard: revenue, cash and credit, activity, trends, the figures computed by the server.
  • Several sites, and each person sees the sites of their account.
  • Rights per profile, and a journal of who changed what.

Being built

  • A question asked to your app, and an answer that shows its sources.
The revenue view of the dashboard: revenue, revenue per day and per site, average basket and discounts, then the revenue by site and by service as pies with their figures.
Revenue by site, by service, by customer type: each chart copies as an image, saves as PNG or PDF, and the whole page exports as a PDF. The app is in French.

Hotels, restaurants, companies

For your business customers

They want to know where their linen is and what they owe, without calling.

In the app today

  • An access of their own: their orders, their payments, their balance.
A customer’s own space in the laundry app: its record, its orders count, weight, revenue, paid and balance, then its orders with their status and payment.
What a customer sees when signed in: its orders, their status, what it paid and what it still owes. The app is in French.

Your app changes when you ask

An example request, and what happens next.

On the customer record, show the total owed and the date of the last reminder, in red after 30 days.
A request
  1. You ask

In your own words, in writing, drawing on a picture of the screen if it helps.

  2. Our agents change your app

An AI agent changes your app’s code, runs the checks, and shows the screen before and after.

  3. You approve

On a preview, next to your app. What you approve goes live, and your team sees what is new.

An app of your own, from the laundry base

Not a blank page, and not a frozen product.

  • A base for your trade

Orders, a catalogue of items, customers, payments and reminders, ironing, several sites, your customers’ access. Your app starts there on day one, with your prices and your words.

  • Your spreadsheets become screens

What you track today in a spreadsheet or on paper can become a screen of your app: you ask, our agents build it, you approve.

  • One record per customer

Their orders, payments, reminders and balance in one place, for all your sites.

  • Your code and data stay yours

Your app runs alone, hosted in the European Union, and you leave with its code whenever you want.
